PARTIAL AND CONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE of Completed Portions of Still Unfinished Project.

The Owner may take possession of and use any completed or partially completed portion of the Work, but such taking of possession and use should not be deemed an acceptance of any unfinished work. Neither should it be deemed a waiver by the Owner of the right to claim damages due to delay in the completion of the Work.

In the event of the Owner taking over any portion of the Work for its use prior to overall completion, the Owner should issue a Certificate of Completion for such portion taken over and release the corresponding retention, subject to the provisions of the Contract. PARTIAL TURNOVER AND ACCEPTANCE work well for the project Owners, Contractors, Sub-contractors, and Suppliers
