WHEN PROJECTS GO WRONG!

Many reasons are possible when disruptions occur in a project. And these reasons must be recognized and immediately addressed to ensure the project still continues and meets its goals.

There are key factors necessary to turning a bad project around:

   -Immediate action

   -Selection of a leader

   -Specifying the problem/s

   -Maintaining regular Owner contact

-Eliminate the problem/s and their causes

   -Consider staff changes

   -Monitor daily feedback

Also, determine whether the problem is easily corrected or for short-term only or, under more unfortunate circumstances, whether the problem will cause permanent damage on a long-term basis.
